Advocate Health Care and Silver Cross Announce Clinical Affiliation

Downers Grove, Ill.—Advocate Health Care and New Lenox, IL-based Silver Cross Hospital and Medical Centers announced their clinical affiliation today, which expands Advocate Physician Partners’ (APP) nationally recognized Clinical Integration Program. APP, a jointly governed organization by Advocate and more than 4,400 physicians, is focused on improving health care quality and outcomes while reducing the overall cost of health care.   The affiliation is in response to the current health care climate that continues to undergo transformational change from “volume-driven” to “value-driven”
