Cederquist advises Alexion in connection with its public offer for Wilson Therapeutics
Cederquist is legal advisor to the US biopharmaceutical company Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Alexion) in connection with Alexion’s public cash offer for the shares in Wilson Therapeutics AB that are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
The value of the offer amounts to approximately SEK 6.6 billion. Alexion is a global biopharmaceutical company focused on helping patients and families affected by rare diseases.
