Cederquist advises Amasten in connection with share issue

Cederquist has advised Amasten Fastighets AB (publ) in connection with a directed share issue to selected Swedish and international institutional investors. Amasten is a real estate company that owns, develops and builds residential properties. Amasten receives around SEK 666 million before transaction costs through the share issue.
