Cederquist advises Immunicum in connection with share issue

Cederquist has advised Immunicum AB in connection with a directed share issue to selected Swedish and international institutional investors. Immunicum is leveraging its expertise in dendritic cell biology to develop novel, off-the-shelf, cell-based therapies for solid and blood-borne tumors. Immunicum receives approx.
