Cederquist advises Qliro Group in connection with share issue

Cederquist has advised Qliro Group AB in connection with a directed share issue of approximately 30 million new ordinary shares, at a subscription price of SEK 7.00 per share.

 Qliro Group operates the leading Nordic marketplace CDON, the online fashion brand Nelly.com and Qliro AB that offers financial services to merchants and consumers.
