Cederquist advisor in connection with the completion of the largest real estate transaction in Sweden in 2017

Cederquist represented the lender in connection with D. Carnegie´s acquisition of 27 properties located in the Stockholm region, from Akelius, amounting to SEK 2,47 billion.

The transaction was the largest Swedish real estate acquisition in 2017, and comprised 1420 residential apartments. The transaction was a share deal and closing took place in the beginning of April 2018.

Cederquist’s financing team consisted of Johan Lundberg, senior counsel Mattias Larsson, senior associate Oskar Hjärpe och associates Cajsa Hansen, Marcus Hjorth and Joachim Strand.
