Cederquist advisor to Footway in connection with the public tender offer to the shareholders of Sportamore

Cederquist is legal advisor to Footway Group AB (publ) in connection with Footway's public tender offer to the shareholders of Sportamore AB (publ).

The offer values Sportamore at approximately SEK 439 million. The consideration in the offer consists of a combination of cash and shares in Footway. The shares in Sportamore are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Small Cap.

Cederquist's team consists of Fredrik Lundén, Anna Green Jensen, Elin Ljungström and Filip Gyulai (ECM), Fredrik Lindblom (competition) and Linnea Härstedt (M&A).
