Cederquist advisor to Mellby Gård in connection with the public offer on KappAhl

Cederquist is legal advisor to Mellby Gård AB in connection with Mellby Gård’s public cash offer to the shareholders in KappAhl AB (publ). The shares in KappAhl are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Mid Cap.

The offer values KappAhl to approximately SEK 1.5 billion. Mellby Gård is the largest shareholder in KappAhl holding 29.6 percent of the shares and votes in the company.

Cederquist’s team includes Wilhelm Lüning, Anna Green Jensen, Louise Génetay, Sara Hag and Julia A Nilsson (all ECM) and Fredrik Lindblom and Sanna Widén (both competition law).
