Cederquist advisor to the Board of Directors of Kungsleden in connection with Castellum’s public tender offer

On 2 August 2021, Castellum AB announced a public tender offer to the shareholders in Kungsleden AB. The consideration in the offer consists of a combination of shares in Castellum and cash. The public offer values the shares in Kungsleden to approximately SEK 26.9 billion in total. Cederquist is legal advisor to the Board of Directors of Kungsleden in connection with the public offer. Both Kungsleden and Castellum are listed at Nasdaq Stockholm, Large Cap.
