Cederquist appoints Henrik Wållgren as Counsel

Henrik is a member of Cederquist’s Public M&A and Equity Capital Markets practice group, and specialises in capital markets law and works with all types of public transactions. Henrik also advises listed companies on corporate governance and information disclosure issues.

Henrik has been with the firm since the end of 2010.
