Cederquist has represented Algeco in connection with its acquisition of the Temporary Space Nordics Group from Procuritas and additional shareholders. The Temporary Space Nordics Group is a leading supplier of high quality temporary space solutions in the Nordics with five operating companies in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. The Group recorded a total pro forma revenue of MEUR 41 in 2019. The transaction is conditional upon approval from the Danish Competition Authority.

Algeco is the leading modular space leasing business in Europe and Asia Pacific.

Cederquist’s M&A team has primarily consisted of Maja Wettergren (Partner), Jessica Malhotra, Lisa Hulthén och Johanna Wigfeldt. In addition, a large number of other specialists have worked on the matter.
