Cederquist represents DCprime in relation to its combination with Immunicum

Cederquist has represented the oncology vaccine company DCprime, which has entered into an agreement to combine with Immunicum AB (publ) whose shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. By way of the transaction, Immunicum acquires all shares in DCprime through the issuance of shares to DCprime’s majority shareholder Van Herk.

Cederquist’s team has primarily consisted Jonas Forsén, Fredrik Lundén, Wilhelm Lüning, Filip Gyulai and Jessica Malhotra.
