Cederquist represents Dustin in connection with the acquisition of Centralpoint for a total consideration of EUR 425 million on a cash and debt free basis from Rotla B.V.

Centralpoint Holding B.V. is the leading IT value added reseller in the Benelux region. With the acquisition of Centralpoint Dustin expands its home market, paving the way for continued expansion in the Benelux region.
