Cederquist represents Naturex in its acquisition of Swedish Oat Fiber.

Cederquist has in capacity as Swedish legal counsel, together with Orrick Rambaud Martel as lead counsel, represented Naturex S.A. in its acquisition of Swedish Oat Fiber AB.

Naturex is a global leader in specialty plant-based natural ingredients. Swedish Oat Fiber is a specialised Swedish manufacturer of oat beta glucan fibers, oat oils and oat proteins. The Cederquist team consisted of, inter alia, Carl-Johan Deuschl, Sebastian Rosvall, Malin Allard and Jonas Lindskog.
