Cederquist represents Praktikertjänst in connection with the sale of Proliva

Cederquist has represented Praktikertjänst in connection with the sale of the Proliva group to Aleris.

The Proliva group consists of 12 companies focused on specialized care: BB Stockholm, CityAkuten, Närsjukhusen i Västra Götaland, Närsjukvården Österlen, Praktikertjänst N.Ä.R.A., Praktikertjänst Psykiatri, Praktikertjänst Ryggkirurgi Strängnäs, Proliva Operationscentrum, Rehab Station Stockholm, Sollentuna specialistklinik, Stockholm Heart Center and Ultragyn. The Proliva group has a turnover of approximately SEK 2.6 billion and more than 2,400 employees. The transaction is conditional upon approval from the Swedish Competition Authority.

Cederquist’s M&A team has primarily consisted of Lars Bärnheim (Partner), Jessica Malhotra, Rakey Renström-Secka and Mikael Petersen. Competition and public procurement law matters have been handled by Fredrik Lindblom (Partner), Sanna Widén and Fanny Fernlöf. In addition, a very large number of other specialists have worked on the matter.
