Cederquist represents Qliro Group AB (publ) in its divestment of Health and Sports Nutrition Group HSNG AB (“HSNG”) to Orkla Care AB.
HSNG operates, inter alia, through the online stores Gymgrossisten.com, Bodystore.com and Milebreaker.com as well as wholesale operations and franchised physical stores.
