Cederquist represents the shareholders in connection with the sale of minority stakes in Acne Studios

The shareholders of Acne Studios have entered into an agreement for the sale of minority stakes in Acne Studios Holding AB to IDG Capital and I.T Group, respectively.

The founders Jonny Johansson and Mikael Schiller will together remain as majority shareholders in the group. IDG Capital is an investment firm with extensive experience in investing in the Chinese market. I.T Group is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and is one of Asia's leading players in the retail and luxury segment.
