Cederquist represents the shareholders of VetZoo AB in their divestment of the company to Arken Zoo Syd AB.

VetZoo, founded in 2013, is a leading pure-play online retail platform (www.vetzoo.se) for pet supplies with operations in Sweden and Norway with sales of around SEK 130 million and an annual growth rate close to 100%.
