Cederquist has represented Unifiedpost Group in connection with its acquisition of 21 Grams from Priveq and other shareholders. 21 Grams provides solutions for digital and physical postal services and consists of a total of ten companies operating in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark.

Unifiedpost Group is a European fintech company listed on Euronext Brussels.

Cederquist's M&A team has primarily consisted of Maja Wettergren (Partner), Linnea Eriksson, Viktor Eriksson, Rakey Renström Secka and Andrea Sedvall, supported by other specialists.
