AEROF Sweden Bondco AB (publ) (the "Company") has today published its annual audited financial statements for the financial year ending 31 December 2023.

In addition, the annual audited financial statements of Aberdeen European Residential Opportunities Fund SCSp SICAV – SIF, the guarantor of the Company’s issued unsecured bonds with ISIN SE0015483151 (the “Bonds”), have also been published in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2023.

Both sets of annual audited financial statements are available on the Company’s website dedicated to the Bonds.
