AEROF Sweden Bondco AB (publ) – utilisation of payment in kind (“PIK”) interest option in relation to interest payment date on 5 August 2024

AEROF Sweden Bondco AB (publ) (the "Company") would like to inform holders of the Company’s senior unsecured bonds with ISIN SE0015483151 (“Bonds”) that it has elected to use the PIK interest option in respect of the interest payment date for the Bonds falling on 5 August 2024. Therefore, in accordance with the amended and restated terms and conditions of the Bonds dated 1 July 2024, interest representing 7% of the total 12% per annum due for the current quarterly interest period will be paid in cash, whilst the remaining interest, representing 5% per annum for the current quarterly interest period, will constitute PIK interest and will be capitalised on the outstanding nominal amount of the Bonds.
