AEROF Sweden Bondco AB (publ) announces completion of the sale of the majority of its remaining properties and partial redemption of its senior unsecured bonds

AEROF Sweden Bondco AB (publ) (the "Company" and together with its ultimate parent and all of their respective subsidiaries (direct and indirect) from time to time, the "Group") is pleased to announce completion of the sale of the Group’s six remaining residential operating properties, known as the UNITY portfolio, which occurred on 15 October 2025.

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s senior unsecured bonds with ISIN SE0015483151 (the "Bonds"), the Company will apply the majority of the net sales proceeds plus the remaining available cash in the Group to make a partial redemption on the Bonds. The total amount of the partial redemption will be EUR 28,585,500 and will be made on 7 November 2025. A notice of partial redemption will be distributed on Monday 27 October 2025 through the agent for the Bonds.

The redemption amount for each Bond will be the repaid percentage of each Bond’s nominal amount (rounded down to the nearest EUR 1.00).

The redemption amount will be paid to the bondholders holding Bonds on the applicable record date for the Bonds, being 31 October 2025.
