AEROF Sweden Bondco AB (publ) announces final partial redemption and discharge of its senior unsecured bonds

AEROF Sweden Bondco AB (publ) (the "Company") announces the final partial redemption of its senior unsecured bonds with ISIN SE0015483151 (the “Bonds”) (the "Final Instalment"). The total amount of the Final Instalment will be EUR 3,875,500 and will be made on 29 May 2026. A notice of the Final Instalment will be distributed to the bondholders on 18 May 2026 through the agent for the Bonds.

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds, following the Final Instalment the outstanding nominal amount and any other amounts payable by the Company or the guarantor under the Bonds shall be written down to zero (0), and the Bonds and the associated guarantee shall be released and discharged in full.

The redemption amount for each Bond will be the repaid percentage of each Bond’s nominal amount (rounded down to the nearest EUR 1.00).

The redemption amount will be paid to the bondholders holding Bonds on the applicable record date for the Bonds, being 22 May 2026.
