AEROF Sweden Bondco AB (publ) announces sale of La Tour, Aarhus
AEROF Sweden Bondco AB (publ) (the "Company") announces the signing of a share purchase agreement in respect of the sale of the property known as La Tour, Aarhus, Denmark. The total sale price is based on a property value of DKK 650,000,000, and will be subject to a post-completion adjustment mechanism in-line with standard practice for a share transaction. The sale is in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s senior unsecured bonds with ISIN SE0015483151 (the ”Bonds”), and completion is expected to occur by the end of January 2025.
