AEROF Sweden Bondco AB (publ) calls for a partial redemption of its senior unsecured bonds

AEROF Sweden Bondco AB (publ) (the "Company") initiated a written procedure on 3 June 2024 (the "Written Procedure") in respect of its bonds with ISIN SE0015483151 (the "Bonds") requesting certain amendments to the terms and conditions of the Bonds (the "Terms and Conditions"). Terms defined in the Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning in this press release unless given a different meaning herein.

Pursuant to the Written Procedure, the Company has undertaken to make a partial redemption of Bonds in an amount of EUR 7,000,000 on the next interest payment date, being 5 August 2024. A notice of partial redemption will thus be distributed today through the Agent.

The redemption amount for each Bond will be the repaid percentage of the Nominal Amount (rounded down to the nearest EUR 1.00) (being EUR 9,334) plus a premium on the repaid amount equal to the Call Option Amount for the relevant period (being 104 per cent.) plus accrued but unpaid interest up to (and including) the Redemption Date).

The redemption amount will be paid to the Bondholders holding Bonds on the applicable Record Date, being 29 July 2024.
