The ÅF Nominations Committee proposes that the Annual General Meeting
of shareholders on 8 May 2007 elects Ulf Dinkelspiel as the new
Chairman of the Board and appoints Patrik Enblad and Jon Risfelt as
new directors in the company.

It is proposed that Ulf Dinkelspiel replaces Carl-Erik Nyquist as
Chairman of the Board of ÅF. This means that Carl-Erik Nyquist will
leave the ÅF Board, where he has served as Chairman since 2002.

The Nominations Committee proposes that the ÅF Board be increased in
size from seven members to eight. Nominated for re-election are Ulf
Dinkelspiel (proposed as Chairman), Magnus Grill, Eva-Lotta Kraft,
Peter Sandström, Helena Skåntorp and Lena Treschow Torell. Two new
board members are proposed, namely Patrik Enblad and Jon Risfelt.

Ulf Dinkelspiel, born 1939, has served on the ÅF Board since 2004.
Among his other directorships are positions on the boards of
Landshypotek AB, Nordnet and E. Öhman J:or AB. Dinkelspiel has
previously been President of the Swedish Trade Council and has held
leading positions in Sweden's Ministry for Foreign Affairs, as
Minister for Europe and Minister for Foreign Trade (1991-1994) and as
ambassador and chief negotiator for EU issues (1988-1991).

Patrik Enblad, born 1966, is President of HQ AB and HQ Bank AB. He is
also a member of the board of ORC Software, the Swedish Ski
Association and the Royal Swedish Sailing Association.

Jon Risfelt, born 1961, is a member of the board of TeliaSonera, Enea
AB, Bilia AB and Svensk Fastighetsförmedling AB and an advisor to
Gambro. He has also previously been President of Gambro Renal
Products, Europolitan/Vodafone in Sweden and the Nyman & Schultz
Group, and has held positions in SAS, Ericsson and American Express.
