ÅF establishes a MTN programme

ÅF establishes a domestic Medium Term Note programme with a framework amount of SEK 3 billion. The MTN programme allows ÅF to issue bonds on the Swedish market, and provides a complement to the existing funding structure.

The prospectus is available on ÅF’s website www.afconsult.com and will be available at www.finansinspektionen.se.

Handelsbanken has been appointed as arranger of the MTN programme and will act as dealer under the programme together with Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken.
