AFRY changes structure from six to five divisions

Report this content

AFRY X will be dismantled as a division and current business units will be integrated in existing divisions. As a consequence, the financial reporting structure for AFRY will change from six divisions to five divisions as of October 1, 2023.

The business units in AFRY X will be integrated into the Industrial & Digital Solutions, Infrastructure and Management Consulting divisions. The structural change improves the conditions for further developing the digital offering with a continued focus on offering services in industrial digitalisation, analysis, and cyber security.

The financial reporting structure changes from 1 October and proforma figures will be presented before the end of the fourth quarter 2023.

The structural change will result in certain restructuring costs, which will be reported in connection with the company's interim report for the third quarter of 2023.
