AFRY continues its journey with Norwegian Avinor through new framework agreement
The framework agreement is nationwide and covers project management, construction management and support functions for the entire breadth of Avinor's construction and civil engineering projects.
Avinor is responsible for 43 state-owned airports in Norway, in addition to the air navigation service for civil and military aviation. As such, Avinor plays a key role in managing a critical part of the country's infrastructure, which is of great importance for business, settlement, education, healthcare and tourism.
Advansia, part of AFRY, has entered this new framework agreement that is nationwide and covers several parts of AFRY's offering, such as project management, construction management and support functions.
"We have extensive experience of working with Avinor on several large and complex projects, including the T2 project at Oslo Airport and the New Airport Bodø, and look forward to continuing to improve aviation services in Norway together with them," says Christopher Klepsland, Country Manager AFRY in Norway.
A total of five companies have been awarded this framework agreement with Avinor and the total value for all suppliers is estimated at NOK 450 million. The framework agreements have a term of two years, with an option of 1+1+1 years. The order value for AFRY is not specified.
