The reduction of share capital by withdrawal of B-shares, as resolved by the
Annual General Meeting 2012 to offset the possible dilution effects of the 2012
staff convertible programme, was completed on 29 January 2013.

Prior to the reduction of share capital, the number of shares amounted to
40,044,917 and the number of votes amounted to 54,524,801. The numbers of shares
and votes have decreased by 558,782 as a result of the reduction. After the
reduction, the number of shares amounts to 39,486,135 and the number of votes
amounts to 53,966,019.
