AGA considers withdrawal from UK

AGA CONSIDERS WITHDRAWAL FROM UK AGA's ongoing restructuring program has lead to a review of the UK activities. The market share is small and the profitability has not reached a satisfactory level. AGA has therefore initiated a process to evaluate the possibilities of a sale of the UK operations. It is expected that the sale process, which is now in the bid evaluation phase, will be finalized within the near future. AGA has been present in the UK gases market since 1989 and has today 110 employees and sales of approximately GBP 12.5m.
