AGA expands in the US

AGA EXPANDS IN THE UNITED STATES AGA has acquired Davis Welding Supply Co. Inc. in Cleveland, U.S., an independent gas and welding distributor with annual sales of approximately USD 6m. Davis Welding is a geographical complement to the other sales and service centers AGA has in the area which creates synergies and improves customer service. This acquisition is consistent with AGA's strategy to expand in the U.S. by acquiring independent distributors. The acquisition will have positive effects on the result from the beginning.
