AGA's ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING Dividend At the Annual General Meeting of AGA AB held on Thursday, April 22, 1999 a dividend for the 1998 fiscal year of Skr 3:00 per share (1997: 3:00) was declared. The record date for the dividend is April 27, 1999. Dividends are expected to be paid through VPC on May 4, 1999. Board of Directors Tom Hedelius, Sverker Martin-Löf, Lennart Jeansson, Clas Reuterskiöld, Lennart Selander and Peter Sjöstrand were re-elected as ordinary Board Members. At the Board's constituting meeting following the Annual General Meeting, Sverker Martin-Löf was elected Chairman of the Board. Share redemtion The Annual General Meeting decided on a share redemption with a total redemption amount of approx. 3.4 billion Skr.
