New Headquarters Organization

NEW HEADQUARTERS ORGANIZATION The AGA Headquarters will as of June 23, 1999 be adapted to the new operational organization that was introduced on June 8. The staffs and managers will be as follows: Marketing and development Martin Petersson, also responsible for Global Key Accounts Supply Stig Gebro Finance & Control Peter Fallenius Human Resources Ulf Johnsson Legal Urban Murray Investor Relations Arvid Liepe Corporate Communications Maris Sedlenieks Safety, Environment and Quality (SEQ) Lennart Fredriksson Each Staff Manager will report to the Group President. Before September 1 the Staffs will be evaluated and the best geographical location will be analyzed. Jan Belfrage will leave AGA in connection with the reorganization, after 17 years as Head of Finance and member of the AGA Group Management. Bertil Carlsén, head of Commercial Services & IT and for two years member of the AGA Group Management, has earlier resigned and will leave AGA for another assignment.
