6 June 2025: Agria Pet Insurance is pleased to announce the appointment of Carl Oakes as Sales Performance Director, joining the business at an exciting time of sustained growth and innovation. This appointment follows Agria’s recent strategic partnership with Lloyds Bank, marking another major milestone in the company's expansion.
Carl brings with him over two decades of leadership experience in the insurance sector, specialising in sales strategy, commercial performance, and insurer partnerships. Most recently, Carl spent more than three years on the board at Source Insurance as Sales and Insurer Director, where he was responsible for driving sales growth and fostering key strategic relationships within the personal lines market.
Prior to this, he served as Business Development Director at Gallagher, focusing on affinity partnerships across both personal and commercial lines. His earlier career includes over nine years at Legal & General, where he led broker partnerships and later headed up n, not one w product development, as well as six years at Pinnacle Insurance, where he established and ran an intermediary distribution business.
