Agrokultura’s application for delisting approved

Agrokultura AB (publ) (”Agrokultura”) has, as previously announced, applied for delisting from Nasdaq First North. Nasdaq First North has approved Agrokultura’s application on delisting and resolved that last day for trading is Friday 27 February 2015.

As described in the company’s press release as of 18 December 2014, there are currently not legal conditions to initiate a compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares in Agrokultura. Magna is a closely related party to Steenord Corp.
