Alpcot Agro AB (publ) will be listed on NASDAQ OMX First North

Alpcot Agro AB (publ) (“Alpcot Agro”) has been approved for listing of the Company’s shares on NASDAQ OMX First North. First day of trading will be Monday 19 October 2009. Consequently, the OTC trading in Alpcot Agro shares through Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) will be terminated. The last day of OTC trading will be Friday 16 October 2009. The share will be traded under the ticker ALPA with ISIN SE0001913112 on NASDAQ OMX First North. The Company’s shareholders do not need to take any actions in connection with the listing. The listing does not constitute an Initial Public Offering of the Alpcot Agro share and there will be no new issue of shares in relation to the listing.
