Alpcot Agro appoints Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Alpcot Agro AB (“Alpcot Agro”) announces that it has recruited Vladimir Primak as Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Alpcot Agro. Vladimir Primak will start his employment with Alpcot Agro on 12 October 2009. He will be based in Alpcot Agro’s headquarters in Moscow, and will have the position as Deputy Chief Executive Officer with a view to become Chief Executive Officer in the near future. Vladimir Primak has broad experience from auditing and investment banking. Over the last few years Mr. Primak was managing numerous M&A, corporate advisory and capital raising projects with JP Morgan Investment Banking, where Mr. Primak was located both in Moscow and London. He has earlier worked with Rothschild and Renaissance Capital in Moscow and with Ernst & Young in Kiev. He holds a Master in International Economics from Lvov State University and an MBA from INSEAD. Mr. Primak is an Affiliate Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
