Alpcot Agro divests farm in Voronezh

Alpcot Agro (“the Company”) has today entered into an agreement whereby the Company sells a subsidiary holding 3,200 hectares of owned land and leases of 2,800 hectares. The total consideration is SEK 13.3 million and will be paid in cash.

As a step in the process of structuring Alpcot Agro’s land assets into a few large and concentrated clusters, an entity in the Group has entered into an agreement regarding the sale of OOO Agrokultura Kamenka (“Kamenka”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group. Kamenka directly owns approximately 3,200 hectares of land and an addition holds lease agreements for about 2,800 hectares of land in the Voronezh region in Russia.
