Alpcot Agro has successfully raised SEK 520 million in a new share issue

Not for release, publication or distribution in, or into the United States, Australia, Canada, South Africa or Japan.

Alpcot Agro AB this morning issued 8 million shares in a directed new share issue to institutional investors and certain other qualified investors in Sweden and internationally. The number of new shares corresponds to approximately 27 per cent of the number of shares after the offering.

The OTC trading in the Alpcot Agro shares through Carnegie will be resumed immediately.

Alpcot Agro AB has retained Carnegie Investment Bank AB as financial advisor.
