Alpcot Agro AB’s (“Alpcot Agro”) Board of Directors has resolved to prepare the company to apply for a listing of the company’s shares on Nasdaq OMX First North. The listing is anticipated to take place during the fall of 2009. Alpcot Agro has engaged Carnegie Investment Bank as financial advisor for the listing on Nasdaq OMX First North.
