Annual report for 2010

Alpcot Agros annual report for 2010 is now available for download from the Company's website www.alpcotagro.com.

The annual report will be available at the Company’s office on Birger Jarlsgatan 32B in Stockholm, Sweden, and will be sent to shareholders who so request and state their e-mail address or postal address. It will also be available at the Annual General Meeting.

The Annual General Meeting will be held in Stockholm on Wednesday 18 May 2011 at 16.00 (CET) at the premises of Advokatfirman Delphi, Regeringsgatan 30-32. Shareholders wishing to attend the meeting shall  notify of their intention to attend no later than 12 May 2010 at 16.00 (CET).
