Chairman Mikael Nachemson increases shareholding

The Chairman of the Board of Agrokultura AB, Mikael Nachemson, has today and yesterday increased his indirect ownership of shares in Agrokultura as stated on the insider list on the Company’s webpage, in accordance with the rules of the market place First North. The purchase has been executed through a pension commitment ensured with a company-owned capital investment with Mikael Nachemson’s former employer, Investment AB Öresund, and amounts to 1,051,762 shares. Along with the previous indirect ownership of 450,000 shares, the total indirect ownership now amounts to 1,501,762 shares.
