The shareholders of Alpcot Russian Land Fund AB (publ) are hereby summoned to an Extraordinary
General Meeting on Monday June 11, 2007 at 16.00 local time at Salénhuset, Norrlandsgatan 15,
Stockholm.

Notice of attendance
Shareholders who intend to attend shall

· be registered in the share register of the Company kept by Värdepapperscentralen VPC AB (the Swedish Central
Securities Depository) no later than Monday June 4, 2007,
· and give notice of their intention to participate no later than Monday June 4, 2007 at 16.00 local time. The notice of
attendance may be submitted by email to carl.aschan@agrokultura.com or by post to the Company’s address:

The notice of attendance shall include name, personal or corporate identity number, address, telephone number,
number of shares and potential advisors. In the event that a shareholder will be represented by a proxy, this should be
enclosed with the notice of attendance.

Shareholders holding their shares via nominees shall, in order to vote on the Extraordinary General Meeting,
temporarily reregister their shares in their own name. Shareholders who intend to reregister their shares have to inform
their nominees well in advance of Monday June 4, 2007.

Proposed agenda
1. Election of Chairman.
2. Preparation and approval of the voting list.
3. Approval of the agenda for the meeting.
4. Election of one or two persons to sign the minutes.
5. Determination as to whether the meeting has been duly convened.
6. Resolution to approve change of articles of association.
7. Resolution to approve mandate for share issue.
8. Other questions.
9. End of the Extraordinary General Meeting.

Resolution to change the articles of association (item 6)
The Board of Directors proposes that the Extraordinary General Meeting approves to change § 4 of the articles of
association meaning that the Company’s share capital shall amount to not less than SEK 45 766 000 and no more than
SEK 180 000 000 and approves to change § 5 of the articles of association meaning that the number of shares in the
Company shall be no less than 9 153 200 and no more than 36 000 000.

Resolution to authorise the Board of Directors to resolve upon new issues of shares. (item 7)
The Board of Directors proposes that the Extraordinary General Meeting authorise the Board of Directors, until the
next Annual General Meeting, on one or more occasions, to resolve upon issues of up to an aggregate amount of
10 000 000 new shares. The Board of Directors may determine that the issue shall take place without regard to
shareholders’ pre-emption rights. The payment for the issues can be in cash, in kind, or subject to a right of set-off or
otherwise be subject to terms and conditions

Other information
Valid resolutions under items 6 and 7 above require approval of shareholders representing at least two-thirds of the
shares and the numbers of votes represented at the Extraordinary General meeting. The complete text of the Board of
Directors’ abovementioned proposals for resolutions will be available from the Company at its premises at Birger
Jarlsgatan 2 in Stockholm no later than Monday May 28, 2007. Shareholders who wish to receive those documents may
notify the Company, whereupon the documents will be sent by post or e-mail.
