The EGM is cancelled due to major shareholders agreeing with the Board on the strategic priorities of the Company going forward.

On 16 September 2013, the Board of Directors of Agrokultura received a letter from a group of shareholders representing about 29 per cent of the share capital requesting that an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders is convened. The Board of Directors called for an EGM to take place on 11 November, 2013.

Following consultations, the Board of Directors have received a new letter from the main shareholders behind the request for the EGM, requesting the cancellation of the EGM as it is no longer deemed necessary.

The Board has therefore resolved to call off the EGM scheduled for 11 November 2013.

Mikael Nachemson, Chairman, commented
