Management changes in Agrokultura

Agrokultura AB, the owner and operator of farmland with agricultural operations in Russia and Ukraine, announces that the Deputy Managing Director Hannes Sjöblad is leaving the Company to pursue other opportunities outside of the sector.

"I have worked in central roles with Agrokultura for more than five years and feel that the time is right for a change of direction and personal progression. The board and management of Agrokultura has set a clear strategic course which I believe is sound and am convinced will bring the best value to the company’s shareholders. I would like to wish all involved in the company the best of luck and continued progress." commented Mr Sjöblad.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of Agrokultura, Mikael Nachemson, commented:

"I would like to thank Hannes for his work and contributions to Agrokultura and on behalf of the board would like to wish him well with future opportunities. I am pleased that he will remain at the Company’s disposal during a transition period.”
