Revised terms and conditions for convertible instruments 2009/2011 in Alpcot Agro AB

The board of directors of Alpcot Agro has decided lower the conversion rate from SEK 20 to SEK 16 for convertible instruments 2009/2011 in Alpcot Agro AB. Furthermore, the subscription period is extended to 30 March 2009. New payment date is 2 April 2009.
