The Election Committees’ recommendation of a new Board of Directors in Alpcot Agro AB

The election committee presents the following proposal for resolution on the AGM on 16 May 2012:

that the Board of Directors, for the time until the next annual general meeting, consists of seven regular members and no deputies. 

that the AGM re-elects Sven Dahlin, Simon Hallqvist and Fredrik Langenskiöld. In addition election is proposed of Michael Nachemson, Adam Oliver, Michael Rosenlew and Katre Saard. 

that Fredrik Langenskiöld is elected Chairman.

The chairman Joakim Ollén and the board members Catharina Lagerstam and Björn Lindström have informed the election committee that they are not available for reelection in 2012.

The Annual General Meeting takes place on Wednesday 16 May 2012 at 16.00 (CET).

Presentations of the proposed new candidates for the board of directors:

Michael Nachemson, born 1959, Swedish citizen living in Sweden, has extensive experience of Senior Management and Board positions in Swedish public and private companies. He has been President of e.g. E. Öhman J: r, AB Custos and Bure Equity AB as well as a board member of e.g. Investment AB Öresund, Bilia AB and Scribona. Michael Nachemson is the Chairman of Connecta and controls through an endowment 450,000 shares in Alpcot Agro.

Adam Oliver, born 1973, British citizen resident in Poland, is an expert in large-scale farming in the former CIS. Since 1997 Adam Oliver has worked at Brown & Co., a leading international agri-business consulting firm, where he currently is an equity partner with responsibility for Central and Eastern Europe. Adam Oliver does not own shares in Alpcot Agro.

Michael Rosenlew, born 1959, Finnish citizen living in Sweden, has extensive experience in Private Equity, process development and financial management. After he, among other things, worked as Group Business Controller of Amer Plc, he worked at Industri Kapital from 1993 to 2010, serving as Managing Partner from 2004. Through his companies he owns 1,207,000 shares in Alpcot Agro.

Katre Saard, born 1972, Swedish citizen resident in the UK, is a founding member of Alpcot Agro. Katre Saard has worked with investments in Eastern Europe since 1994 and was one of the founders of East Capital Asset Management AB, where she among other things managed the East Capital Baltic Fund. She is a Board member of Shelton Petroleum. Katre Saard owns 1,196,039 shares in Alpcot Agro and has a controlling ownership in a company which holds 993,666 shares in Alpcot Agro.
