Would you like take responsibility
for farming 200,000 hectares of Russia’s black earth?

We’re looking for a
Chief Agronomist

The preconditions to operate a profitable and efficient
agricultural company in Russia are enormous. But both
know-how and the financial resources are lacking. We invest
in agricultural land and bring in new management, modern
farm machinery and equipment. Our goal is to become
Europe’s biggest and most profitable agricultural enterprise.
That’s why we need you. With us, you’ll help develop our
business by assuming responsibility for Agrokultura´s crop
programme alongside locally recruited agronomists and by
training staff in new techniques and new ideas. You’ll be a
member of the company management right from the start.
We believe that you’re about 30 years of age and have had at
least five years’ experience of a large grain producing farm.
Naturally, you’re fluent in both spoken and written English.
You’ll be stationed in Stockholm and for about 15 weeks of
the year will be working in Voronezh and Volgograd. There,
Agrokultura today owns and controls 60,000 hectares of
chernozem, Russia’s black earth. In autumn 2008 we expect
to harvest 41,500 hectares of wheat, rye, barley and
sunflower. Agrokultura’s objective is to own and control
200,000 hectares of land by the end of 2008.
More information about this position is available from CEO
Carl Aschan on (tel.) +46 (0)70 297 16 07.
We look forward to receiving your application! Please send
personal letter and curriculum vitae, by 30 November 2007
at the latest, to info@agrokultura.com
