Agromino A/S hereby pursuant to Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act announces receipt of the following notification:

As of 16 October 2017 CANACCORD GENUITY GROUP INC, through its subsidiary Hargreave Hale Ltd, controls more than 5% of the voting rights in Agromino A/S.

CANACCORD GENUITY GROUP INC in controlling the voting rights attached to the shares in Agromino A/S, is acting for the benefit of discretionary clients of Hargreave Hale Ltd, on behalf of whom Hargreave Hale Ltd controls the voting rights.
